Pricing: Prices published in this Price Book are Net. Please contact ABCrosby & Company, Inc. for list prices schedules. Prices are subject to change without notice. Please note that published prices are based on specified minimum quantities. If a lesser number of items is required, pricing is by quotation. There is a minimum order of $200.00. For pricing of intermediate sizes, use the price of the next larger size.
Specifications: Standard specifications are subject to change without notice (with the exception of committed orders, which are always filled as specified). Any item or material may be discontinued without notice.
Sizes: All dimensions specified are nominal. Acceptable trade practice allows tolerances of up to ¼” for trimming allowance. If an exact size is required, the purchase order must so state. An additional charge may be required for fall-off material.
Payment Terms: Our standard terms for customers with approved credit are net 30. We do not allow a discount for early payment. Unpaid balances over 30 days are subject to a 1½% per month finance charge. For new customers, or customers without approved credit, terms are 50% due prior to release of order to manufacturing and the balance due prior to shipment. All orders are subject to acceptance by Maple Wood Furniture Division. If balances are carried beyond our terms, subsequent orders in process will not be shipped until balances are paid in full.
New Accounts: New open accounts can be established with the submission and approval of proper credit information and references. Possession of this price list does not constitute an offer to sell or authority to purchase. Please contact the factory.
Acknowledgements: Every order is acknowledged stating current pricing. Orders will be manufactured and invoiced according to the acknowledgement. If there is any discrepancy please notify the factory immediately. All acknowledgements contain a scheduled shipping date. We will do everything possible to meet your requested delivery needs. However, we cannot accept responsibility for late charges, penalties or special shipping charges caused by failure to deliver on schedule due to unforeseen circumstances. Your order may ship earlier than the date shown. If merchandise is not wanted prior to a specific date, please specify on your purchase order.
Shipping: All shipping is FOB factory and is the responsibility of the purchaser. Items are shipped prepaid with our shipper unless other arrangements have been made. Manufacturer is not liable for damage occurring during shipping. It is the customer’s responsibility to fully inspect all deliveries on receipt, and to file any damage claims with the shipper at that time. Concealed damage should be reported to the shipper in writing within 48 hours of receipt of shipment.
Quotations: Prices for items not listed in our catalogs are by quotation. Quotations are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue. Freight quotations are an estimate only due to volatility of freight costs and fuel surcharges. Freight will be billed at actual cost at time of shipment.

Orders: Orders will be accepted by fax, email, or US Postal Service. An acknowledgement will be sent within 48 hours of receipt of an order. Acknowledgements will contain a summary description of the order, confirmation of pricing an estimated ship date and optionally an invoice for deposit. Shipment dates refer to shipment from the factory and do not account for transit time. For verbal orders only, we must receive back an initialed confirmation of our acknowledgement prior to releasing the order to manufacturing.
Cancellations and changes: Since all orders are custom manufactured, any requests for changes must be made before production begins. Changes can only be made with the written approval of the manufacturer. Changes that are required after production begins will be subject to and up-charge to cover the cost of any necessary rework. Once an order has been accepted, cancellations will be subject to a cancellation charge the amount of which is dependent on the order’s production status at the time of cancellation. The minimum cancellation charge is 25%.
Will Call Orders: Customers will be notified when orders are ready to pick up. Orders not picked up within 7 days will be subject to storage charges
Limited Warranty: All items manufactured by Maple Wood Acquisition LLC are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase (invoice date).
Customer must contact the Returns Department prior to any product return to obtain a written return authorization. All shipping charges are to be paid by the customer. Upon inspection, Maple Wood will repair or replace, at our option and without cost to the customer, any item which is deemed to have manufacturing defects. In addition, Maple Wood will reimburse the customer for return freight charges (with valid proof of payment) for any repairs necessitated by manufacturing defects.
We will not, however, repair or replace any item which has been abused or subjected to any use other than what was intended for the product. If defects are determined to be the result of improper use or undetected freight damage, the customer is fully responsible for the cost of repair/replacement and freight for the product.

Warranty of plastic laminate is not covered by Maple Wood, but is covered under the laminate manufacturer’s warranty only.
The Maple Wood warranty will not apply to any product which has been repaired or altered by anyone other than the manufacturer. The factory will not assume liability for charges for field repairs unless prior agreement in writing is obtained from Maple Wood.

There are no other warranties expressed or implied.
Repossession: In the case of default of payment we may repossess merchandise without notice and the customer may reasonably be charged for the use of the merchandise and for any costs incurred including but not limited to repossession costs, freight, or attorney’s fees.
